Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac there is ample parking on street for cars and easy access to Whitby which is only 3 miles down the road. Sleights is a lovely little village with its award-winning Redford’s butchers and a Botham’s famous confectionery shop and there is a village pub.

There is a very spacious lounge one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a spacious kitchen with a dining area. The best retreat from a busy Whitby while still being very close and also on the edge of the North York Moors.
To the rear, there are views over towards Whitby and the moors. By car, it is only 5 minutes drive to Whitby and when you had enough you can leave and come back to peace and tranquillity.
Access to the apartment is down a private side entrance with one step in. Guests must be aware there is a possibility of a small amount of noise from the above apartment but this has been minimised with extensive soundproofing.There is wireless internet throughout the apartment.

Check-in after 3 pm and check out before 10 am. This apartment is on the ground floor in a block of two both have private entrances and both have extensive soundproofing between the apartments but you must be aware that it is still possible to hear people walking above sometimes and raised voices can be heard muffled.The head height of the apartment is only 6-ft 8 inches. There is a key safe to the rear door. We are dog-friendly

When you're on the instant booking form, if you put in up to seven adults it will give you a price for the upstairs apartment and if you put in up to three adults it will give you a price for only the downstairs apartment. If you enter up to 10 adults it will give you a price for the entire building.
